The staff is very rude. And not really willing to help with even basic things they should help with. I paid for a double room with three beds, and one of the beds was imposible to sleep in. Durying our 4 night staythey did not do a thing about it. The location is not ideal. The neighbourhood is good, but is way too far from downtown. And the subway is not close to it. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Room and the balcony was quite big. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Service was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. To metrostation Laurentina is 3km walk or you can take bus near. With metro you can go everywhere with cheap price.

1 . Bedding was clean and nicely made . Toilets were dirty and black mold on bath tub . Will not recommend to stay .no restaurant near by had to take 2 bus to main town . No bright light in rooms . Was dark in bathroom all the time .stayed here for 6 nights . Wanted to cancel first day but our reservation was prepaid. Not a good idea to prepay in advance.

The hotel was very clean and tidy, my room was also very clean, had trouble with our cards opening the door but quickly rectified. Corridors were quite noisy late into the evening. Food average but I’m a fussy eater anyway! Would stay again though and staff were very friendly
